Michael Jr. joined the family business part-time and learned about the industry from his father. Together, they worked to establish the company’s reputation for providing exceptional work and excellent customer service. Michael Jr. later obtained his MBA from Iona College and became the sole owner of Bowerman Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, fulfilling his own dream as well as his father’s dream of passing down the family business. Under his leadership, the company expanded, and Bowerman Restoration, a full-service disaster restoration company, was established. Michael Jr. currently owns and operates both companies, giving him a competitive advantage.
